Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Must have passed Class 12 (Intermediate) from a recognized board.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phone and internet usage is required.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Uttar Pradesh Government norms.
Other Requirements
- Only women candidates are eligible.
- Must be an active member of a Self Help Group (SHG).
- Should not be a loan defaulter.
- Must be a permanent resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat.
Selection Process
The selection process is expected to include:
- SHG-level screening and recommendation
- Verification by Gram Sangathan and Cluster Level Federation
- Written Test
- Interview by a committee headed by the Chief Development Officer (CDO)
Salary / Financial Support
BC Sakhi is not a regular salaried government post.
Selected candidates will receive:
- Commission-based income from banking transactions.
- Financial support of ₹75,000 (at 4% annual interest) for purchasing Micro-ATM and related equipment.
